SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

All orders are covered by our generous return policy. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days from when you receive your item, and allow us to make it right by offering to have you ship your item back to us at our expense*.

Returns outside of our 14 day window (up to 30 days) may also be accepted but we may (at our discretion) ask you to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive the undamaged item(s) back, you will receive a full refund.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (i.e. all but Alaska and Hawaii). Other destinations will be calculated according to the USPS rate calculator at checkout.

 

We reserve the right to contact you about your order and potentially cancel it if shipping costs prove prohibitively costly.

If the item has been shipped with tracking but has not arrived to you in the time frame given by the shipment company, we will issue you a full refund.

If, after a period of 7 days when the item was expected to be shipped out to you, but it has not been shipped, we will offer you a full refund and cancel the order.
